- If you would like access to live, real-time appointment scheduling online (available 24/7) you will need to log in through our Pet Portal, available here. Please note that use of the Pet Portal does not require password creation and does not sign you up for spam or e-mail lists.
- Fill out the appointment request form and we will get back to you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
A Note About Parking
You can park in the parking garage for Cameron Square located on Cardinal Place. Despite the signage in the garage, you do NOT need to pay for parking. For the short term, we have paper parking passes that you can put on the dashboard of your vehicle. We will arrange to meet you in the garage to give you this pass. Soon, the parking facility will give us a QR code pass that you will scan in order to access free parking in the garage.
There is also free street parking located all around us. Parking along Cardinal Place is free and unlimited at all times. Parking on Pickett Street is free, but limited to 2 hours.
Additionally, we would like to offer the following courtesies:
- You may pull up right in front and drop off your animal then go park your car
- We may occasionally offer "curb side" service where we will meet you in the garage, retrieve your pet, and perform all services while you wait comfortably in your car. Curb side service is not always appropriate for all appointment types, and you must remain available by phone. Please let us know if you are interested in a curb side appointment.
- We may occasionally arrange to meet you at our back doors and allow you to come in through the garage. This may be especially desirable during periods of heavy rain or snow. However, there is no guarantee we can always offer back door entry; it will depend on what else is happening at the time as we cannot expose the public to anesthetic gases or x-ray radiation.
